Get started

Add your calendar to Google Calendar

1. On the schedule, choose your region and filters, then press Add to calendar.

2. Press Add to Google Calendar, or copy the feed URL and paste it into Google Calendar yourself.

3. In Google Calendar open Other calendars, choose From URL, paste the link, and press Add calendar. Google refreshes subscribed calendars on its own schedule, often every few hours.

Add your calendar to Apple Calendar (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

1. On the schedule, press Add to calendar and then Add to Apple Calendar; the Calendar app opens and asks you to confirm the subscription.

2. To add it by hand instead: on iPhone or iPad open Settings, then Calendar, then Accounts, then Add Account, then Other, then Add Subscribed Calendar, and paste the feed URL. On Mac, open Calendar, choose File, then New Calendar Subscription, and paste the URL.

3. Set how often Apple refreshes the calendar in the subscription settings.

Add your calendar to Outlook

1. On the schedule, press Add to calendar and copy the feed URL.

2. In Outlook on the web, open the calendar, choose Add calendar, then Subscribe from web, paste the URL, give it a name, and press Import. In Outlook on the desktop, choose Add calendar, then Subscribe from web.

3. Outlook refreshes subscriptions periodically; the schedule page always shows the latest snapshot.

Use another calendar app

Any app that supports subscribed calendars or a calendar URL works: copy the feed URL in the Add to calendar dialog and look for an option such as Subscribe, Add by URL, or New subscription. The URL is an ICS feed, so it stays live for as long as the selection exists.

A calmer calendar

Too many events? Tips for a calmer calendar

With several calendars visible at once, your calendar app can get crowded. Every app lets you hide a calendar without unsubscribing: its events disappear from view and come back as soon as you show it again.

Google Calendar: on a computer, untick the calendar under Other calendars in the left sidebar. In the phone app, open the menu (☰) and untick it.

Apple Calendar: on iPhone or iPad, tap Calendars at the bottom and untick it. On a Mac, untick it in the sidebar (View > Show Calendar List).

Outlook: untick the calendar in the calendar list on the left, on the web and in the desktop app. In the phone app, open the calendar list and switch it off.

Only the alerts bother you? Turn off notifications for that one calendar in your app's calendar settings.

With Plus, split one big calendar into a few smaller ones, for example one per playstyle, so you can hide each one separately.

Another way to a calmer calendar: upgrade to Plus and filter to exactly the maps and conditions that matter to you, so nothing else reaches your calendar. A free feed for a single map or condition also trims it down.

Turn off alerts for a calendar

Feeds don't include reminders, but some calendar apps add alerts to every event on their own. If you don't need them, turn them off for this one calendar; your other calendars keep their alerts.

Google Calendar: on a computer, open Settings, choose the calendar under Settings for other calendars, and remove its event notifications.

Apple Calendar: on iPhone or iPad, open Settings, then Calendar, Accounts, Subscribed Calendars, choose the calendar, and turn on Remove Alerts. On a Mac, Control-click the calendar in the sidebar, choose Get Info, and tick Ignore Alerts.

Outlook and other apps: look for notification or reminder settings for that calendar.

Manage your calendars

Remove or unsubscribe a calendar

If you delete a saved calendar, Plus ends, or you delete your account, your calendar apps keep the subscriptions: saved calendars stop updating (or disappear, after deleting the account), but the app still lists them. Remove each one in the app yourself.

Google Calendar: in the sidebar, point at the calendar under Other calendars, open its menu, and choose Remove calendar.

Apple Calendar: on iPhone or iPad tap Calendars, tap the info button beside the subscription, and choose Delete Calendar; on Mac, select the calendar in the sidebar and choose Edit, then Delete.

Outlook: right-click the subscribed calendar and choose Delete, or remove it from Settings, Calendar, Shared calendars.

Removing a feed only affects your app: the URL keeps working, so you can subscribe again later with the same link.

Pause, resume, or replace a saved calendar

Saved calendars from the Plus plan show Active while your subscription covers them. If the subscription lapses, or the calendar falls outside your current plan, the feed pauses: calendar apps receive a short message instead of events, and My Calendars shows the calendar as paused.

A pause is reversible: restore an active plan with the billing portal and the same link starts working again at the next refresh. Nothing needs to be resubscribed.

Replace private link rotates the URL, so anyone holding the old link loses access; add the new link to your calendar apps afterwards. Delete stops the feed for good.

Free feeds (all events, one map, or one condition) never pause; removing them is entirely up to your calendar app.

A subscribed calendar is not updating

Calendar apps decide when to refresh subscribed feeds; that can take hours or longer, and downloaded events never change.

Check the schedule page for the latest snapshot and the freshness line below the events. If you replaced a private link, re-subscribe with the new URL.

Change your region, timezone, or language

Pick your server region and display timezone with the controls above the schedule. Your region is remembered on this device for each game; if you have an account, you can also set a default region and timezone on the Account page.

The interface language is changed from the picker in the site header. Feeds have their own language setting, chosen when you create a calendar.

A condition is not on the schedule

Conditions rotate through a shared pool, so a condition that is missing right now is simply out of rotation, not broken.

A map can have a minor condition, a major condition, or both at the same time, so two events for one map in the same hour is normal.

Plus and account

Manage or cancel Plus

Open the Account page and use the billing portal to change or cancel your plan. Access continues through the paid-through date, and saved calendars are kept if the subscription ends.

Open Account

Delete calendars or your account

Remove single calendars from My Calendars, or delete your account and all data from the Account page. If Plus is still active, you are asked to confirm: deleting cancels it immediately, the remaining paid period is not refunded.
